Responsibilities:
  • Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees
  • Create a positive environment
  • Meet sales goals and other performance criteria
  • Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales and profits
  • Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
  • Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
  • Manage, assign and follow up on tasks to keep store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept
  • Provide customers exceptional service
  • Resolve customer concerns
Qualifications:
  • Some sales environment experience
  • 1 year supervisory experience
  • Ability to effectively motivate others
  • Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Reliable transportation
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
